It is definitely not head gasket. It's not using water just oil. If it is valve stem seals it will smoke on idle or when you take your foot of the gas right? I am guessing either a valve or rings?

Hi guys hope everything is well! Please tell me if i can raise my yrv rev limiter? Motor is still stock, but will it be save to raise the limiter by 500 rpms
