my name is georg and i´m from austria..
bought a yellow YRV Turbo (named YRV GTti in austria/germany) with a dead gearbox ..

I so have understood to you controller Р30 is necessary, He allows to hold pressure to 1bar. We at a forum have an offer better than Р30.

Stop? European Yrv goes with a little bit another electcs, they have an ignitor!?!? That's why he must  put P30 with wiring fom Japan car.. Or the better idea to put E-manage)  But some people have aiready done with Singapur'S Yrv(same electric as in Eropean) tuning to P30..

But there is a dicision!!! You can buy wiring to engine from right hand YRV with P30. It isn't cost a lot of money, some people have alreadyt done this procedure. I think Yurz can help you,  i think it will cost less then 80$.
 But you have a chance that your YRV goes witout ignitor.. What is the number of your EFI?


 P.S. Where iss Mad Shaman??? He has changed Efi on Singapours YRV to P30, on his friend's car..

На машинах для Российского Японского рынка (т.е. оснащенные блоками ECU P30, P39, и P55) - нет этого устройства - провода идут напрямую на катушки зажигания. Не хочу проблем, поэтому жду детальной проверки (мне не на чем проверять), все же надо поездить-протестировать в разных режимах движения и не один день на машине для Европы (или Сингапура).

On YRV for Russian Japanese market (ie, units equipped with ECU P30, P39, and P55) - not the device - the wires go directly to the ignition coil. I do not want problems, so expect a detailed inspections (to me there is nothing to check), still need to test the trains in different modes of movement and not a single day by car for Europe (or Singapore).

I have a Daihatsu YRV Gti (left steering, turbo), ECU version P59 (this ECU is for the markets of Singapore and Europe, for vehicle equipped with 2 oxigen sensors). Yesterday i'm replace ECU with P39 (ECU from Japan YRV turbo, right steering, one oxigen sensors, for boost 0.9 kg/cm2). ECU P39 works well, no check engine errors, but injection of fuel a little differently. The first is that it is visible - the engine idling at the opening of injectors varies within a smaller - respectively with the oxygen sensor readings vary in a smaller range (0,4-0,7 V) and on the ECU P59 opening injectors varied in a wider range leads to a change signal of oxygen sensor from 0,2 to 0,8 V.
  I think the P30 will work well without errors
