Title: Tensioner Pulley, v-ribbed belt

I'm having problem to find this part in Serbia. Do anyone know from which car can it be used?  I haven't deasembled it jet. Is there a posibility of changing only bearing? Is there some manual for it?

If I understand it good it could only be replaced a bearing of tensioner. I found on site (whit google translate)that the bearing is NTN 6204LU. Is this true?
